These playlists are owned by MuseAI, and the tracks included in them do not belong to the user or to MuseAI. 3. User Registration - In order to use the Service, users are required to sign up and provide certain personal information, including first name, last name, date of birth, and email. Additionally, users may connect their Spotify account to MuseAI, allowing the Service to access their music listening habits for playlist generation. 4. Ownership of Playlists and Content - MuseAI generates custom playlists on behalf of the user utilising its artificial intelligence capabilities. While these playlists are created for the free use and enjoyment of the user, it is important to note that ownership of the playlists, including the arrangement and composition of tracks within them, remains with MuseAI. Users are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the playlists generated by MuseAI for personal, non-commercial purposes. This means that while users can freely listen to, share, and modify the playlists within the scope of the service, they do not acquire any ownership rights over the playlists themselves. However, it's crucial to emphasise that MuseAI does not claim ownership over any of the individual tracks included in the playlists, as the rights to those tracks belong to their respective owners or licensors. Additionally, the playlist cover artwork generated by MuseAI also belongs to MuseAI and is subject to the same terms of use. 5. Copyright Responsibilities - MuseAI accepts no responsibility for any copyright infringements or disputes arising from the content of the playlists or the use of the Service. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to any content they provide or share through the Service. 6. Limitation of Liability - In no event shall MuseAI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. 7.
